Position:
Client Relations Specialist

Location:
Raleigh, NC

Compensation:
$27-32/hr (W2 Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Evaluation:
Deliver optimal service and pricing to clients by assessing all potential risks involved.

Proposal Management:
Analyze and respond to client RFQs and RFPs effectively.

Resource Allocation:
Identify the necessary manpower and tools for Power Transformer installations.

Team Collaboration:
Engage with internal departments to synchronize the sale, logistics, and installation of transformers.

Technical Documentation:
Prepare and present technical scopes for scheduled inspections and assist Field Service Engineers.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in a technical domain.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
