Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team at Wakegov. As a key member of our Customer Support Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide timely and proficient customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of our programs and services.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
- Documentation: Accurately document client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our case management and document management systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Six months of job-related experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in operating a standard desktop and Windows-based computer system.
