Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Director of Growth Marketing to join our executive team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our demand generation strategy, driving new customer logo growth, and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with our DevRel & community team to align our top-down and bottom-up adoption strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and finance teams to align demand generation efforts with business goals and objectives.
  • Coach and grow your team.
  • Implement and optimize marketing systems to support demand generation and marketing operations.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of demand generation and marketing operations initiatives, and drive the strategy forward.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in demand generation and marketing operations.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation and growth marketing.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B and infrastructure/devtools experience (open-source products a plus).
  • Excellent project management skills, driving velocity among your team.
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Thorough knowledge of GTM systems (including CRM, marketing automation, warm outbound tools, etc.).
