Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for driving user acquisition and revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to engage and convert our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing assets that drive conversions.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to rapidly validate marketing ideas and optimize campaign performance.
  • Build and maintain detailed analytics pipelines to analyze and improve marketing performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, etc.
  • Strong experience with running paid ads on Google Search, Google Display, Twitter, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, Zapier, etc.
