About the Role

The Test Security Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing the remote proctoring of computer-based assessments across the nation. This position requires adaptability in work hours to accommodate various testing schedules, including potential evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the remote administration of various high-stakes examinations.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all assessments conducted.
  • Uphold the highest standards of exam integrity.
  • Document and report any incidents that occur during examinations.
  • Provide regular performance reports on exam administration.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries via phone and live chat as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with management at all levels.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within the Online Assessments team.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in customer service is essential.
  • Experience in a testing or proctoring environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, is necessary.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret safety guidelines and operational instructions.
  • Demonstrated capability in identifying and resolving potential issues for clients.
