Job Title: Business Development Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Sales Manager to join our team at Fujifilm North America Corporation, Optical Devices Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating, developing, and creating new sales and business opportunities for our Sport Optic, Projector, and Security product categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities for our product categories.
  • Prepare and process quotations and purchase orders as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales reports for management.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of demo/loaner equipment.
  • Ensure customer database integrity and produce reports as required.
  • Assist in the preparation for trade shows, exhibits, and events related to our product categories.
  • Facilitate requests for marketing collateral and other sales-related needs.
  • Perform other jobs/functions as requested by Manager or FNAC-OD Management.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of sales experience or 5 years in a related sales/marketing position in a fast-paced and highly competitive sales environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to manage and cultivate an ongoing pipeline for B-to-C and B-to-B sales channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management and communication skills.
Benefits:
  • $105,000 plus commission depending on experience.
