Job Summary

Lupoli Companies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Officer to drive growth and expansion of our Sal's Express franchise program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in generating leads and fostering business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion of the franchise program.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential franchisees to ensure timely updates and transparency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate sales efforts and promote company programs.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and progress.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to a diverse range of prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales or marketing and a Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong leadership skills with a successful track record in sales.
  • Unwavering commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Competitive, positive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Robust interpersonal skills, including the ability to rapidly establish rapport with customers and suppliers.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
