Business Development Sales Officer

Lupoli Companies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Officer to drive growth and expansion of our Sal's Express franchise program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in generating leads and fostering business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion of the franchise program.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential franchisees to ensure timely updates and transparency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate sales efforts and promote company programs.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and progress.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to a diverse range of prospective clients.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales or marketing and a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong leadership skills with a successful track record in sales.
- Unwavering commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Competitive, positive, and results-driven mindset.
- Robust interpersonal skills, including the ability to rapidly establish rapport with customers and suppliers.
