Job Summary

Management Business Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join its team. This individual will be responsible for implementing sales strategies to potential customers and promoting products and services across the Northwest region of the U.S. (WA, OR, ID, MT, NV, UT).

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve defined financial goals, emphasizing volume growth and profitability.
  • Manage existing customer relationships and expand territory through acquiring new customers.
  • Analyze customers' organizations and promote strategic products.
  • Coordinate resources for cross-business efforts.
  • Identify solutions and drive profitable business volume for customers through onsite visits.
  • Accomplish paperwork and administrative tasks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain professional knowledge.
  • Provide assistance and support to the Regional Sales Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Sales, Marketing, etc.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing (annual sales > $40 million)
  • Previous sales training is a must; experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and entertain customers during and after normal work hours.
  • Proficient in computer usage, analytical thinking, and effective communication.
