About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Banking Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our banking clients, understanding their financial needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert advice on a range of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment products.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients, while retaining and growing existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of banking solutions, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide informed advice to clients.
  • Regularly review and analyze clients' financial situations, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as necessary.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with client relationships, ensuring all activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in banking or financial services, with a strong understanding of banking products and services.
  • Proven experience in credit analysis and relationship management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information and make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on achieving business goals and driving growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
