Your responsibilities will also include providing quotes, managing customer relations, and overseeing fulfillment and shipping processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our 3D printed components, engaging both existing and prospective clients.
  • Sales Execution: Prepare quotes, manage sales processes, and successfully close deals for 3D printed products.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain robust relationships with key accounts to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Opportunity Creation: Generate leads for the sale of 3D printers and related software solutions.
  • Customer Partnership: Analyze and comprehend client needs to determine optimal applications for our 3D printed offerings.
  • Promotion: Advocate for CADimensions Service Bureau services through our online platforms and stimulate customer interaction.
  • Inbound Lead Management: Follow up on all incoming inquiries regarding 3D printed component requests.
  • CRM Management: Utilize NetSuite CRM and Sales Loft to oversee all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Sales Manager to enhance lead generation strategies and support the overall sales objectives.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned to assist the team and achieve company goals.
