Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the VP of North American Sales to execute the regional sales strategy and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline in a specific geographical territory, identifying new sales opportunities and closing deals with new and potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas, sales pipeline growth, and meet sales activity performance metrics.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotes and negotiate contracts and pricing to win new business.
  • Maintain accurate records of account targets, leads, prospects, and all additional business development activities in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Stayntouch's products, and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality software/SaaS sales, with a proven track record of negotiation skills, high performance, and target achievement.
  • Key decision-maker relationships within the hospitality industry.
  • Property management software sales experience is a plus.
