About this role

ZOLL Medical is a leading provider of medical devices and software that improve patient outcomes and save lives. We're seeking a talented Regional Sales Director to join our North American Sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in your assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals and provide guidance on sales strategies and tactics
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the medical device industry
• Proven track record of sales success and team leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
