Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our Wound and Skin Care sales team in the Midwest region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Wound and Skin Care business
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make data-driven decisions to drive sales growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
  • 3+ years of experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on Wound and Skin Care
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop sales team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM databases
