Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team in the Great Lakes region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with dealerships and dealer groups, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve regional sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and dealer groups
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage a significant opportunity pipeline to guarantee success and regional growth
- Source and develop client referrals
- Partner with the Performance Management team to ensure customers are properly developed and cared for
- Be accountable for delivering on commitments and hitting targets
- Communicate openly and be receptive to ideas
- Contribute to product development and teach us things we didn't know
- Proven sales success and experience working in the retail automotive industry
- Tech savvy and marketing savvy, with a strong understanding of software and digital solutions
- 1-year preferred working in a dealership in the retail automotive industry
- 1-year preferred working in the vendor space of the automotive industry with specific experience working with or selling to dealers and dealer groups
- Finance Manager experience, a definite asset
- Experience working with software and/or digital solutions, a definite asset
