About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Global Human Resources to lead our HR operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive global HR operations strategy that aligns with our company's growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global HR operations strategy that enhances the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of HR services across the organization.
  • Lead a globally dispersed team and foster a performance-driven, employee-centric culture that aligns with our company's values.
  • Partner with HR leaders and COEs to continuously refine existing HR processes and systems, identifying opportunities for standardization and automation.
  • Oversee the maintenance of our HR data foundations and architecture, ensuring timely and accurate data on quality of HR processes and systems.
  • Lead global HR vendor management, elevating the performance of vendors and ensuring compliance with our processes and policies.
  • Partner with Digital teams to evaluate and upgrade our HR technology infrastructure, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our global organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in HR operations or HR technology, with a focus on strategic planning and global process optimization.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in designing and implementing HR technology solutions in a global organization.
