Job Summary

Corporate Care is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Business Development: Research and identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and execute plans to drive sales growth.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in a service, manufacturing, or installation-related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
