Job Overview

Home Health Links is a prominent referral agency located in Southern California, dedicated to supporting home health agencies since its inception in 2011. Position Summary

The Account Manager plays a crucial role in acquiring and managing home health accounts within the designated region. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in healthcare sales or staffing, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. A proven history of fostering and sustaining strong business relationships with key clients is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain home health accounts within the assigned region.
  • Establish and nurture strong business relationships with key clients while actively seeking new growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and Home Health Links personnel to address issues, provide timely information, and uphold positive customer relations.
  • Conduct presentations for current and prospective clients to inform them about Home Health Links services and secure referrals.
  • Collaborate with licensed professionals (PT/OT/ST) regarding referrals received and ensure precise staff scheduling.
  • Work towards achieving mutual goals and maintaining professional standards in interactions with agency staff, referral sources, patients, and the community.
  • Engage in the agency's performance and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Meet objectives as outlined in the annual performance review.
  • Deliver product knowledge, training, and in-services to healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Report on the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales or account management is required.
  • Familiarity with the home health industry, including Medicare and Medicaid regulations, is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from $50,000 to $55,000 annually, plus commission incentives.
