About the Role

The EVS Portfolio Manager plays a critical role in fostering and nurturing a positive client-focused relationship, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and quality standards. This position requires a strong commitment to high-level service and quality standards, as well as the ability to coach, motivate, develop, and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage multiple client sites or a single complex client site to ensure delivery of contracted services and client satisfaction.
  • Service Execution and Contract Deliverables: Ensure site staff and management understand and execute their responsibilities in a consistent, safe, and sanctioned manner.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Ensure site is properly staffed with the appropriate number, type, and skill of service team members and managers, and recruit for site openings.
  • Employee Development and Relations: Develop and guide employees, and be the point of escalation for employee relations issues, including corrective action.
  • Payroll and Timekeeping: Ensure payroll processes are completed for the portfolio, including reviewing and approving timesheets as necessary.
  • Safety and Training: Communicate and articulate safety and job-related training to service team members and managers.
  • Metrics and Budgeting: Develop metrics for portfolio supply inventory for budgeting and client contract negotiations.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning meetings with leadership to execute company strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Relationships: Build cross-functional department relationships centered on executing company strategy.
  • Budget Management: Closely monitor budget to anticipate and communicate changes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years relevant experience in Facility Services, Aerospace Operations, Manufacturing, or a related industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related studies preferred.
  • Skills: Strong commitment to high-level service and quality standards, demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, develop, and lead a team, and proficient use of Microsoft Office programs and corporate systems.
  • Certifications: Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license, and a driving record that aligns with company standards.
  • Language: Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Travel: Ability to travel between local locations approximately 30-40%, and to HQ as needed.
