The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Assistant District Manager to support our District Manager in managing multiple client sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Servicon delivers exceptional client experiences, while also driving business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery Management: Manage and direct the performance of routine to complex tasks and projects, ensuring contracted services are delivered to client specifications.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the point of escalation for client questions and concerns, supporting contract renegotiations and seeking new service opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Ensure site staff and management understand and execute their responsibilities in a consistent, safe, and compliant manner.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Ensure sites are properly staffed with the appropriate number, type, and skill of service team members and managers.
- Recruitment and Selection: Recruit for multiple sites, including opening requisitions, selecting candidates, conducting interviews, and providing feedback and candidate selection input.
- Payroll and Timekeeping: Ensure payroll processes are completed for the portfolio, including reviewing and approving timesheets as necessary.
- Training and Development: Communicate and articulate safety and job-related training to service team members and managers.
- Employee Relations: Develop and guide employees, addressing employee relations issues, including corrective action, and escalating to HR when necessary.
- Business Development: Develop metrics for portfolio supply inventory for budgeting and client contract negotiations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships with cross-functional teams to execute company strategy.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a service-related field.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a team.
- Quality: Maintain a consistent level of quality.
- Technology: Proficient with technology and timekeeping systems, proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analysis: Demonstrated analytical skills, ability to run relevant data and derive relevant inferences.
- Language: Bilingual in Spanish.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and well-organized.
- Self-Starter: Self-starter, motivated, and reliable.
- Discretion: Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand on feet for four to six hours at a time and lift 25 pounds.
