About the Role

The District Manager is a key leader at Servicon, responsible for fostering and nurturing a positive client-focused relationship. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills to manage multiple client sites and ensure the delivery of exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the performance of routine to complex tasks and projects
  • Ensure contracted service is delivered to client specifications and serve as the point of escalation for client questions and concerns
  • Lead contract renegotiations and actively seek new service opportunities
  • Ensure site staff and management understand and execute their responsibilities in a consistent, safe, and compliant manner
  • Recruit and develop site staff, including conducting interviews and providing feedback
  • Develop and guide employees, and serve as the point of escalation for employee relations issues
  • Ensure payroll processes are completed for the portfolio, including reviewing and approving timesheets
  • Communicate and articulate safety and job-related training to service team members and managers
  • Develop metrics for portfolio supply inventory for budgeting and client contract negotiations
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings with leadership and build cross-functional department relationships
  • Closely monitor budget to anticipate and communicate changes
Requirements
  • Minimum of eight (8) years relevant experience in Facility Services, Aerospace Operations, Manufacturing, or a related industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related studies preferred
  • Strong commitment to high-level service and quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, develop, and lead a team
  • Willingness to work a variable work schedule, including day shifts, evening, and night shifts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage service execution and contract deliverables
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, Salesforce, Kronos/UKG, and similar corporate systems
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record that aligns with company standards
  • Demonstrated experience working with union contracts
  • Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance or Live Scan (sector specific)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Ability to travel between local locations approximately 30-40%
