About the Role

Servicon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Management Specialist to support our Portfolio Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences across multiple sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing service teams, leading contract renegotiations, and identifying new service opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the performance of routine to complex tasks and projects.
  • Ensure contracted service is delivered to clients and completed to their specifications.
  • Support in leading contract renegotiations and identifying new service opportunities.
  • Ensure site staff and management understand and execute their responsibilities in a consistent, safe, and compliant manner.
  • Recruit and select candidates for multiple sites, including conducting interviews and providing feedback.
  • Ensure payroll processes are completed for the portfolio, including reviewing and approving timesheets.
  • Communicate and articulate safety and job-related training to service team members and managers.
  • Develop and guide employees, and escalate employee relations issues as necessary.
  • Develop metrics for portfolio supply inventory for budgeting and client contract negotiations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a service-related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team.
  • Maintain a consistent level of quality.
  • Proficient with technology and timekeeping systems, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, ability to run relevant data and derive relevant inferences.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and well-organized.
  • Self-starter, motivated, and reliable.
  • Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information from both the client and Servicon.
  • Ability to stand on feet for four to six hours at a time.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • Ability to travel regionally and nationally for work purposes.
