This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of the district's facilities, as well as the transportation of students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance and operations strategies to ensure the district's facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.
  • Oversee the transportation department, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of students and staff.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of district funds.
  • Collaborate with district administrators, teachers, and staff to ensure seamless operations and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with district and state regulations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, facilities management, education).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, operations, or transportation management.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
