Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled multitasker with a passion for customer interaction to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist and Recruiter. In this role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our organization, responsible for a variety of tasks including identifying hiring needs, crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing essential paperwork. You will also greet visitors, handle phone and email communications, manage mail distribution, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and support various operational functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Recruitment Duties:

  • Assessing future hiring requirements and creating detailed job descriptions.
  • Collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment on candidate qualifications.
  • Attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including databases and online platforms.
  • Conducting interviews and evaluating applicants to fill open roles.
  • Reviewing candidates' skills and experiences to match them with suitable positions.
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Enhancing the company's reputation as an attractive workplace.

Front Desk Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining building security by ensuring visitors adhere to sign-in protocols.
  • Providing administrative assistance to team members with tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
  • Offering a warm welcome to every employee, client, and visitor while conveying important information.
  • Managing appointment scheduling and keeping the calendar organized.
  • Coordinating company events and handling travel arrangements for employees.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an office environment is required.
  • A minimum of one year in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Background in recruitment is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Ability to handle phone communications and stressful situations effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Familiarity with word processing software and basic computer skills is necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite is expected.
