Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare purchase orders to acquire necessary parts from approved suppliers.
  • Monitor the status of orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Negotiate with new vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
