Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare purchase orders to acquire necessary parts from approved suppliers.
- Monitor the status of orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiate with new vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Oversee budgeting and financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate invoicing procedures, account coding, and database management.
