Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR liaison for our team, providing guidance on policies and coordinating HR activities, including talent acquisition, training, and employee relations.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition process, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions to ensure effective recruitment and performance management.
  • Facilitate employee benefits enrollment and manage regional benefits programs.
  • Support employee development initiatives through comprehensive onboarding and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and keep employees informed of relevant updates.
  • Provide onsite HR support while also offering broader HR and talent acquisition assistance across locations.
  • Experience with payroll processes is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Language Requirements:

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to assist the HR department with onboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficient in basic mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Work Environment:

The role may require sitting or standing for extended periods and involves occasional climbing of stairs and walking on level surfaces.
