Position Summary:

As a pivotal member of our Human Resources team, you will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent while ensuring a positive work environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for our Las Vegas office, providing guidance to employees and management on policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions to enhance recruiting efforts and performance management.
  • Facilitate employee benefits enrollment and manage related processes.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Physical demands may include sitting or standing for extended periods and occasional stair climbing.
