Position Overview

Job Title: Human Resources Support Specialist

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation: $23.00 per hour, dependent on experience

This represents the anticipated pay range for this role at BAHAMA Consulting Corporation.

Role Summary: Acts as the primary contact for all Human Resource inquiries. Delivers exceptional customer service in addressing HR-related questions and provides administrative assistance across various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responds to fundamental inquiries regarding HR policies, compensation structures, talent acquisition, performance evaluation, benefits, and other HR domains.
  • Escalates intricate issues and directs them to the appropriate department.
  • Facilitates and coordinates ongoing resolution of problems with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Records interactions with customers in the ticketing system for tracking purposes.
  • Ensures accurate and timely data entry into the HR ERP system.
  • Utilizes data to effectively update employee records and document relevant transactions in the HR ERP system.
  • Provides timely, accurate, and detail-oriented administrative support to the Human Resources Department, including responding to inquiries, filing, completing mandatory documentation, and managing mailings.
  • Assists the Benefits Department with administration tasks, including eligibility verification, claims resolution, reporting changes, and communicating benefit details to employees.
  • Identifies and recommends enhancements to HR administrative processes.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Health Care Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
  • An equivalent combination of education and HR experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
