Position Overview:

Experis is seeking a Human Resources Customer Support Specialist to enhance our client services.

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 3 months with potential for extension

Role Summary:


The specialist will address complex inquiries directed to the Human Resources Service Center through various communication channels including phone, web, and email. Utilizing comprehensive resources and tools, the specialist will provide accurate responses to both team members and managerial inquiries while effectively resolving issues.

Documentation of incoming inquiries will be managed through a case management system to ensure compliance with established service level agreements. The specialist will proactively escalate matters to Tier II, Centers of Excellence (COE), and HR Information Systems (HRIS) teams to maintain service quality.

Commitment to service level metrics regarding resolution timelines is essential, alongside adherence to quality standards during customer interactions.


Key Responsibilities:


- Deliver exceptional communication both verbally and in writing across all organizational levels, showcasing integrity and a strong customer service ethos.

- Employ active listening techniques and probing questions to facilitate effective problem resolution and escalation.

- Manage high-pressure situations requiring sound judgment, particularly when dealing with sensitive information.

- Demonstrate critical thinking and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

- Exhibit a strong sense of urgency in fulfilling commitments and completing tasks.

- Maintain a solid understanding of Human Resources operations within an organization.

- Consistently provide high-quality customer service in a professional manner.

- Utilize strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and human capital management systems.


Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or 5 years in customer service is typically required.
