We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator / Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and office operations, coordinating schedules and meetings, and providing exceptional support to our faculty and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations efficiently.
    • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments effectively.
    • Assist with student admissions, enrollment, and records management.
  • Office Management
    • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
    • Handle communication and correspondence both internally and externally.
  • Support Services
    • Support faculty and staff with administrative requirements.
    • Organize events and special projects as necessary.
    • Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or medical environment.
  • Skills

  • Education
