The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be proficient in G-Suite, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the CEO and CFO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Learn and contextualize business priorities, using best judgment to prioritize meetings and tasks.
- Support internal and external communications, organization, and general business needs.
- Handle business expenses, including reconciling corporate card accounts and creating/submission expense reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and utilize a continuous improvement mindset to recommend process improvements.
- 2+ years of work experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in G-Suite.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 18 Days of PTO (prorated during your first year based on start date) + 5 Paid Holidays.
