Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Russell Speeder's Car Wash. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage and maintain our POS systems, including application and maintenance paperwork.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments and teams.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other software applications.
