Care Coordinator

Civility Home Care is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, staff schedules, and inventory
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide support as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Competitive hourly rate: $18-$25 per hour
