The Sales and Transition Coordinator will manage the move-in experience, ensuring a seamless transition from the sales decision to a successful residency within our community.

This position offers an hourly wage of $42,000 - $44,000 annually, along with monthly commissions. The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales process by facilitating tours, providing exceptional follow-up, and generating move-ins to meet occupancy goals.
  • Oversee the move-in process, managing all necessary documentation, including medical orders, reservation agreements, lease contracts, resource guides, and orientations for new residents.
  • Maintain daily communication with your team, staff, and prospective residents.

A genuine passion for sales and a unique understanding of enhancing lives through hospitality services is essential. Experience in the senior living industry is required, with a preference for candidates possessing two years of progressive sales experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary.
