The Resident Transition Coordinator will oversee the move-in process, ensuring a seamless transition from the sales decision to a successful residency within our community.

This is an hourly position with a salary range of $42,000 - $44,000 per year, in addition to monthly commissions.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the sales process by conducting tours, providing exceptional follow-up, and driving move-ins to meet occupancy goals.
  • Manage the move-in process by coordinating all necessary documentation, including medical orders, reservation and lease agreements, resource guides, and orientations for new residents.
  • Maintain daily communication with your team, staff, and prospective residents.

A passion for sales and a unique ability to enhance lives through hospitality services is essential. Experience in the senior living industry is required, with a preference for candidates possessing two years of progressive sales experience.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary.
