The Sales and Move-In Specialist will facilitate the transition process for new residents, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial sales decision to their successful integration into our community.

This is an hourly position with a salary range of $42,000 - $44,000 per year, plus monthly commissions.

Typical schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify the needs of prospective residents and their families, crafting tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships and foster trust with clients.
  • Lead the sales process by conducting tours, providing exceptional follow-up, and driving move-ins to meet occupancy goals.
  • Oversee the move-in process, managing all necessary documentation, including medical orders, reservation agreements, and orientation for new residents.
  • Maintain daily communication with team members, staff, and prospective residents.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for sales and a deep understanding of enhancing lives through hospitality services, with prior experience in the senior living sector.
  • Proven ability to sell lifestyle options effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Preferred: Two years of progressive sales experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
