About the Job

Ranch and Home Supply LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
