Position Summary:
The Sales and Move-In Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating a seamless transition for new residents from the sales process to their new home within our community. This position is essential in ensuring that each new resident feels welcomed and supported during their move-in journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand the unique needs of prospective residents and their families, crafting tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and rapport.
- Drive the sales process by conducting tours, providing exceptional follow-up, and generating move-ins to meet community occupancy goals.
- Oversee the move-in process, ensuring all necessary documentation, including medical orders, reservation agreements, and orientation materials, are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain daily communication with team members, staff, and prospective residents to ensure a collaborative approach.

Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for sales and a deep understanding of enhancing lives through hospitality services, particularly in the senior living sector.
- Proven ability to sell lifestyle and create meaningful connections.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- A minimum of two years of progressive sales experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
