Position Overview:
The Sales and Move-In Specialist will oversee the transition process, ensuring a seamless shift from the sales decision to successful residency within our community.

This role is hourly, with a salary range of $42,000 - $44,000 annually, plus monthly commissions.

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM


Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand the needs of prospects and their families, crafting tailored solutions.
- Build strong relationships and foster trust with clients.
- Drive the sales process by facilitating tours, providing exceptional follow-up, and generating move-ins to meet occupancy goals.

Oversee the move-in process, managing all necessary documentation, including medical orders, reservation agreements, and orientation sessions for new residents. Maintain daily communication with your team, staff, and potential residents.


Qualifications:
- A passion for sales and a deep understanding of enhancing lives through hospitality services. Experience in the senior living sector is essential.
- Strong sales acumen with an ability to promote lifestyle benefits.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- A minimum of two years of progressive sales experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
