Job Description
As an Event Operations Manager with NVE Experience Agency, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of events from conception to execution. Your primary responsibilities will include developing ideas and concepts for an event, developing executable plans, overseeing operations, managing project timelines, directing staff, and coordinating technical and production teams. You will also manage budgets to ensure financial profitability and bring value to our clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of proven event production experience required
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead teams
- 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience
- Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility, and accountability for results
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation, and intuition
- Thrive in a fast-paced, agency environment
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft and Apple applications, team project software, social media sites
- Thorough understanding of permitting standards (including but not limited to TPA, Special Event, Fire, Health & Safety, Building & Safety, Noise, etc.) and ability to successfully manage production timelines and needs as related to permit procurement
- Ability to effectively manage tasks across multiple projects/various clients at the same time
Salary
NVE Experience Agency intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth, and developmental opportunities. The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and job-related qualifications.
