Job Title: Director of Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Development to lead our fundraising efforts and support the growth of our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to support our mission
* Establish and maintain relationships with major donors, corporations, and foundations
* Lead the planning and execution of major donor campaigns and events
* Oversee the development department and manage a team of staff
* Collaborate with the board of directors to support their fundraising efforts

Requirements:

* Minimum of 10 years of nonprofit fundraising experience
* Proven track record of developing and managing major donor relationships
* Experience with capital campaigns and event management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
