Position Summary

The selected candidate will be an integral part of the US Marketing/Product Strategy team, taking on a crucial role in crafting and executing marketing strategies to facilitate the launch of a new product targeting GVHD. This individual will spearhead marketing initiatives aimed at healthcare professionals and patients, collaborating closely with key internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Market Insights, Medical Affairs, and external agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to healthcare professionals, aligning with business goals and sales objectives.

• Design and implement promotional initiatives, navigate the MLR process, and ensure cohesive integration across various channels.

• Develop programs directed at patients and support advocacy efforts.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with Sales, Sales Operations, and other critical departments such as Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal.

• Collaborate with Commercial Analysis and Market Insights to integrate program insights and customer feedback into future strategies.

• Engage closely with key oncology stakeholders, including nurses, hospitals, office personnel, GPOs, and professional societies.

• Maintain a high level of knowledge in the therapeutic area.

• Facilitate the seamless exchange of information, best practices, and lessons learned throughout the organization.

• Prepare and manage the budget effectively.

• Conduct all business activities in compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• A minimum of years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing, particularly in launching new products or indications.

• Proven experience in collaborating with external vendors and managing promotional budgets.

• Strong ability to work collaboratively with agencies and team members.

• Experience in developing multi-channel promotional strategies for pharmaceutical or biotechnology products.

• Preferred background in specialty pharmaceuticals/biotechnology, with experience in hematology, oncology, or inflammation.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to manage projects independently.

• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and strategic skills.

• Launch experience is highly desirable.
