We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Clinical Manager to join our team at Heartland Hospice. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospice sites, ensuring the provision of high-quality care to our patients, and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Site Management: Manage the site in the absence of the Executive Director, Administrator, or Senior Patient Care Manager.
- Clinical Oversight: Oversee clinical and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and managed care principles.
- Patient Care: Respond to phone referrals and inquiries in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner, and provide direct skilled bedside nursing care in patients' homes.
- Team Leadership: Participate in on-call nursing schedules and lead a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Education: Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing required from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience: Three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting required, with a minimum of one year of management/supervisory experience.
- Licenses and Certifications: Current license to practice nursing in the state of employment, CPR Certification, and valid driver's license.
