- Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues that arise with customer orders, including changes, cancellations, or discrepancies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support and customer management, preferably in the healthcare or hearing aid industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and experience with order entry systems.
