Role Overview

The Marketing Intern will play a vital role in supporting the success of Bioventus, a company specializing in medical devices, while acquiring practical experience in a corporate environment during this compensated internship. The main focus of this position is to assist the marketing teams in collaborating and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives. A strong ability and enthusiasm to work both autonomously and as part of a team are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to aid in the development of marketing resources and training materials.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the team.
  • Oversee administrative tasks for the marketing department: scheduling, supplies management, surveys, and shipping logistics.
  • Acquire and enhance skills pertinent to marketing practices.
  • Uphold personal and team accountability to conduct business in accordance with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies, and internal controls relevant to their responsibilities.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
  • Currently a rising junior or senior enrolled in an accredited institution pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, maintaining good academic standing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of independently addressing challenges without extensive guidance.
  • Ability to maintain a broad perspective while paying attention to details.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
