Key Responsibilities:

  • Crowd Management: Oversee and guide attendees to ensure a safe and organized environment. Respond to crowd-related issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Protocol Enforcement: Implement and uphold event safety guidelines. Ensure compliance with all event regulations by attendees.
  • Incident Management: Address various security situations with a calm demeanor, including conflict resolution and disturbance management.
  • Effective Communication: Provide clear instructions and information to guests and team members. Document any incidents or security issues thoroughly.
  • Security Monitoring: Conduct regular venue patrols, monitor security systems as necessary, and ensure all safety measures are adhered to.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid security guard license or equivalent certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in security roles with a solid grasp of crowd management and safety enforcement.
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift items up to 30 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of delivering and receiving clear instructions.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure scenarios.

Physical Requirements:
