Job Overview

CrossFire Group is currently looking for a Human Resources and Front Office Coordinator to enhance our team.

Compensation: $21-$22/hour

Working Hours: 8 am – 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clerical assistance for recruitment and payroll operations.
  • Compile and generate reports from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Manage new hire documentation and oversee badge issuance.
  • Assist in the preparation of all Union Personnel Action Forms, including modifications, additions, and deletions.
  • Coordinate the procurement of office supplies, mail distribution, and other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Payroll or Human Resources capacity.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
