Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at The Ash Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting our enterprise-wide recruiting efforts, assisting with full-cycle recruiting, and coordinating hiring events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including creating job requisitions, coordinating candidate travel and interviews, and scheduling hiring events
  • Support our enterprise-wide recruiting efforts, including generating and interpreting candidate and requisition reports
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Detail-oriented, precise, and highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Solid customer service and communication skills, with ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
  • Wide degree of creativity and proactive problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with recruiting applicant tracking systems and Workday HRMS
  • Ability to schedule and track large volumes of candidates for interviews
  • Experience creating and editing job requisitions and generating reports
