About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Sales Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As an Industrial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including facility managers, HR managers, and contractors.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to educate clients about the Tradesmen International value proposition.
  • Locate and bring in new business opportunities, as well as maintain existing client relationships to increase the usage of Tradesmen International's services and workforce.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems.
  • Experience in cold calling, canvassing a territory, and generating new business leads.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
