Job Summary:

Impact Floors of Texas is seeking an experienced Executive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales performance, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage sales performance, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including account management and customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and customer retention

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of sales management experience in the flooring industry
  • Proven track record of sales success, including sales growth and customer acquisition
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including team management and coaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including customer service and relationship-building
  • Ability to analyze sales data and metrics, including sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Strong business acumen, including sales strategy development and execution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Industry certifications, such as flooring industry certifications
  • Experience with sales software and tools, including CRM systems
