Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at Insight Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, accounting, and office management. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and records.

Accounting and Financial Management:

  • Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
  • Work with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
  • Ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Annual compensation: $60,000 - $85,000.
  • Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
  • Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
  • Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Professional, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong accounting skills with experience in AP/AR.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Experience with prevailing wage compliance.
